Personally I think you should just randomly select a board from the submissions thread each month rather than do an actual competition if your too busy and tied up to judge each site entered. All you have to do is ask people to post their sites on the thread and you pick one at random each month to be the featured board, and just make sure you dont pick the same board more than once every 6 months or something.
If randomly selecting one is quicker and easier than a judging competition it has to be better than having one single board dominate the board of the month for 7 months straight and gaining a great deal of publicity because of it, when other boards deserve a chance of a months worth of publicity.
